PURPOSE: An apparatus for mixing and fermenting compost materials produced by adding functional minerals to organic waste and food waste is provided. The apparatus increases mixing efficiency by spreading compost materials, removes bad smell, and enables continuous mixing and fermentation. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises the parts of; a rotating mixing axis(20); a drum tank(30) set in the outside of the axis to spread compost materials with rotation; an entrance-blocking part(40) and an exit-blocking part(50); a hot blower for supplying hot air to the rotating axis and drum tank. The compost materials are spread by drum tank and rotary mixing axis, and hot air is supplied to compost materials through a hot-air supplying tube(53) and holes(22) on the axis. Also, the minerals contained in compost materials radiate far infrared rays by heat of hot air for promotion of fermentation and removal of bad smell.
