PURPOSE: Provided are a Coriolus versicolor mycelium beverage and process for preparing the same by culturing Coriolus versicolor mycelium, followed by extracting and filtering it. Therefore, the prepared beverage contains polysaccharides of Coriolus versicolor mycelium and consequently improves human health. CONSTITUTION: The method of the Coriolus versicolor mycelium beverage comprises the steps of: culturing Coriolus versicolor mycelium in a solid medium or broth; extracting them at 100-105 deg. C for 10 minutes, followed by filtration using diatomite, white clay, filter press, microfilter paper, and centrifugation; and applying the filtrate to manufacture of beverages.
