A statistical process managementing system for quality control of production line and the method for process managementing thereof

PURPOSE: A system and a method for statistically managing a process for the quality management of a manufacturing line are provided to guarantee preciseness and reliability of the measured data by integrating a precise measuring equipment and an SPC(Statistical Process Control) analysis software and hardware, and to make a manager process a proper prevention by analyzing a quality changing factor of each process through real-time monitoring. CONSTITUTION: The measuring equipments(11_1,11_2) measure the product quality of each process. Process management terminals(13_1-13_3) are connected to the measuring equipments(11_1,11_2) and processing equipments(10_1-10_3) processing the product. A process management server(15) is connected to respective process management terminals(13_1-13_3), forms a sheet or a graph from the variance of a quality measurement value by comparing a quality allowance with the measurement value of the product, analyzes the changing factor of the quality measurement value, and controls the processing equipments(13_1-13_3) causing the change of the quality measurement value.
