PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a statistical quality/process control management device for managing the statistical quality/process of the management step to be managed or all the management steps to the end from manufacture start. PSOLUTION: The statistical quality/process control management device 100 is configured to: execute statistical processing by gathering the manufacture process elapsed time and various kinds of quality characteristics which are test items of the manufacture step in management steps in the manufacture process based on manufacture process management steps having a business division, a plant, an accounting division and a product division, etc., and a quality standard statement; analyze and evaluate the statistical quality/process management by a statistical processing result relating to the manufacture process relating to the management step within an allowable range based on the quality standard adaptable to an individual customer defined in advance in management step units; and manage quality control conforming to a prescribed quality standard for the statistical quality management information of all the management steps from the manufacture start to the end.
