METHOD FOR OBTAINING RHESUS-PEPTIDES ANTI-D SPECIFICALLY DETECTING ANTIGEN RHD IN TRACES OF BLOOD AND EXCRETIONS

FIELD: medicine, forensic immunology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining specifically reacting rhesus-peptides anti-D in absorption-elution reaction (AER) used to detect antigen RhD of Rh (rhesus) system in traces of blood and excretions. The present method is characterized by the fact that treatment of standard polyclonal alloimmune sera anti-D should be carried out with dry protease-C followed by enzymatic inhibition due to thermal treatment of peptides obtained. The suggested method enables to completely eliminate inspecific reaction of sera anti-D antibodies with rhesus-negative spots of blood and excretions, and, also, with subjects-carriers due to sera anti-rhesus adhesiveness.
