Production of high biological value sour milk products, comprises adding during production a sedimented, dried or freeze-dried cyano bacteria/fresh water-microalgae biomass. The biomass is preferably characterised by a high content of essential fatty acids, essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals and during cultivation or during and/or after (freeze) drying is enriched with trace or biologically-active elements.
