PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use history such as a browsing history of a content on a network or operation history of an application on a terminal and the network on the basis of a request independently from a user terminal. PSOLUTION: The use history such as the browsing history of the content on the network or operation history of an application on the terminal and network is registered on a server, and the use history is classified, on the basis of a request consisting of an operation kind and time information, which is acquired from a user, by the kind of operation. All pieces of the use history information are cut out on a time unit basis, a use history component is generated from a piece of the use history information cut in the time unit basis corresponding to the time information, and the use history component is transmitted to the user terminal, whereby the history information is provided.
