PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection of information useful for resolving troubles in network equipment.;SOLUTION: Equipment configuration management information configured by network equipment 7 connected with a network NW in a user house is stored, and at least two equipment configuration management information at different timings are compared with each other.
