PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a protein solution, by which a protein that is a protein derived from an intracellular minute organ and retains a structure to be considered close to a natural structure is dissolved in a solvent such as water, etc., in a high concentration and to obtain the protein solution.;SOLUTION: The method for preparing the protein solution in which various proteins contained in the intracellular minute organ are dissolved comprises processes of (a) bringing the intracellular minute organ into contact with an organic acid solution, extracting the protein contained in the intracellular minute organ and preparing the solution of the protein in the organic acid, (b) lyophilizing the solution of the protein in the organic acid and preparing protein powder, (c) dissolving the protein powder in a denaturing agent solution and preparing the solution of protein denaturing agent and (d) dialyzing the solution of the protein denaturing agent against water or a phosphate-buffered solution.
