PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to thoroughly and certainly grasp and confirm a content of the maintenance and to properly judge requirement of maintenance without giving spatial restriction to the user and increasing a burden of a service staff as much as possible in the case of the user of an automobile requesting a service shop for the maintenance of the automobile.;SOLUTION: A maintenance content explanation illustration to explain the content of the maintenance to the user is formed of the requirement of the maintenance input by the service staff and an actual image imaging a maintenance required point to correspond to an inspection item judged by the service staff to require the maintenance or to be favorable to maintain, this maintenance content explanation illustration is presented to the user through a telecommunication line, and image information to explain a portion on the automobile of the maintenance required point to the user is added to the requirement of the maintenance and the actual image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
