摘要

The method for attaching the tendon of the pectoral major muscle to the humerus upon its sectoral resection comprises sewing the xenogenic band into the stump of the tendon of pectoral major muscle, cutting the canals in the humerus followed by passing the ligatures through the canals. The ligatures prepared from the xenogenic material are passed in the frontal plane around the stump of the tendon of pectoral major muscle. The canals are cut in the external wall of the bone wound. Finally, the tendon stump is deepened to the bone marrow canal until it contacts the external wall of the bone wound.
