The invention concerns a method comprising operations which consist in: in a first step (1) recording the activity of a person according to his visual perception thereof during the selected analysis time interval, the recording being carried out with a miniature camera fixed on the person's temple and optically centered in the direction more or less perpendicular to the person's face, that is in the direction in which he is oriented, simultaneously recording the sound content of the activity with a microphone fixed on the person, the simultaneous audio and video recordings being carried out on a tape recorder borne by the person.
