PURPOSE: Provided are an antiseptic method of securities by the antibiotic natural essential oil from the herb having excellent antiseptic and fragrance activities and an equipment therefor. CONSTITUTION: The antiseptic method is characterized by spraying ultra-fine particles of an antiseptic drug, which is prepared from herbal essence oil, into a vacuum sterilizer using a compressed gas to make it easy to penetrate securities. The equipment therefor comprises a sterilizing chamber, a vacuum pump, an antiseptic drug inlet, a spray nozzle, a compressed gas container, and a control panel.
