PURPOSE: Provided is a nutritional composition of a health food for prevention and relief of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder caused by heavy metal accumulation. The composition is manufactured by mixing amino acids, vitamins and minerals. CONSTITUTION: A nutritional composition of a health food for removing heavy metal accumulation comprises 0.7-95.0 part by weight of yeast containing glutathione, as amino acids; 0.3-82.6 part by weight of tocopherol, 0.1-29.0 part by weight of pyridoxine and 1.7-88.5 part by weight of ascorbic acid, as vitamins; 0.3-58.8 part by weight of calcium, 0.1-31.3 part by weight of magnesium, 0.1-21.4 part by weight of zinc, as minerals; and 0.6-61.2 part by weight of dried yeast containing selenium.
