PREFABRICATED ARTIFICIAL WATERWEED ISLAND AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A prefabricated artificial waterweed island and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have an eco-friendly construction installed to implant a plant in an artificial pond or a general reservoir. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the prefabricated artificial waterweed island comprises the steps of: forming a construction(1) with a high buoyancy and a determined size and shape by blow molding into a high density polyester tube; bonding the construction to a supporting stand(2); installing a polyester based mat located on the support and having a network in a shape of a root; installing a synthetic resin based artificial or natural cotton layer located on the mat and enabling a plant to be implanted in a thickness; and fixing the mat and cotton layer to the high density polyester tube with the network.
