PURPOSE: A screw-shaped dental implant is provided which has strengthened mechanical bondability and an increased contact area between the same and an implanted portion by forming micro-patterns on a screw slope, and which reduces a physiological load applied to the implanted portion by suppressing stress concentration on the implanted portion. CONSTITUTION: The screw-shaped implant having a screw comprises: a plurality of recesses and projections formed on a slope(10a) of the screw and defined as micro-patterns(100a) having various shapes and an arbitrary number enough to increase the contact area of the slope(10a), the recesses and projections having arcuate cross-sections having the same curvature and length.
