CRM SYSTEM BASED ON SHOPPING AGENT FOR ANALYZING CUSTOMER'S PROPENSITY, AND METHOD THEREOF

Purpose: a kind of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system based on a shopping agent and its method is arranged to enable lowest price and information that a custom search is used to search for cargo, it is not coupled to the price for comparing place, real-time update lowest price information, the tendency for analyzing client, provides and needs information. Construction: it installs and shows a toolbar (T) to a show window one URL (uniform resource locator) manager (21) of one consumer terminal (20), when custom search cargo, URL is identified, including the goods information search by client, transmission URL data to one innings of machine (10). One cargo search manager (13) reads data related with cargo from a goods information database (18) by receiving URL data. One delivery manager (11) transmission searches for data to consumer terminal. If a search program including URL managers is mounted to client, a customer manager (12) distribution/one ID of storage/update. Cargo is searched for/bought to one client's trend analysis device (14) analysis that consumer terminal of one mode by being connected to a shopping mall server (30).
