PURPOSE: An aging driving apparatus of an inorganic EL(Electro-Luminescent) display panel and a method thereof are provided to assure the stability of a cell and to lengthen a lifetime of a panel, by performing aging with a driving voltage and a driving frequency lower than an actual driving voltage and an actual driving frequency. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic EL(Electro-Luminescent) display panel(30) displays data, and a data driving unit(20) outputs a data pulse to a data line of the panel. A scan driving unit(50) outputs a scan pulse of negative voltage and a scan pulse of positive voltage to the panel sequentially in a fixed time unit. Data lines of the panel are connected to the data driving unit, and scan lines are connected to the scan driving unit.
