PURPOSE: An optical disk, a method for recording/regenerating write once information of an optical disk, a device for regenerating an optical disk, a device for recording/regenerating an optical disk, a device for recording write once information, and a device for recording an optical disk are provided to protect the CONSTITUTION: In the optical disk, a recording layer(213) is formed on a disk substrate(211) with a dielectric layer(212) in between.
