PURPOSE: To provide a constructed wetland system for controlling pollution sources by adopting multiple cells which are designed considering scenery and utilize efficiency of space to the maximum as a completely natural purification type constructed wetland system in which machinery and equipment are not needed at all, and a method for controlling the pollution sources using the constructed wetland system. CONSTITUTION: The constructed wetland system comprises a settling forebay (200) in which wastewater flows from an inlet (100) so that wastewater is temporarily stored in the settling forebay; first marsh (300) in which the supernatant flows from the settling forebay by discharging supernatant from the settling forebay after solid contaminants are settled in the settling forebay; a pond (400) the water surface of which is opened, and in which first purified water of the first marsh flows; marshes (500) having two or more multiple cells in which water purified in two or more steps flows from the pond, and which work equally as in the first marsh; and a micro-pool (600) for temporarily storing finally purified water flown in from the marshes (500) having two or more multiple cells to discharge the purified water to an outlet (700).
