PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly construction method purifying polluted river water generated in a point pollution source and a non-point pollution source discharging the polluted river water and a purification system of the point pollution source and the non-point pollution source applied to the same are provided to prevent the river water from being entirely discharged in the dry season and to efficiently purify the river water.;CONSTITUTION: A discharge path opening floodgate(8009) is installed in a suspended solid collecting container(9002) and is closed in order to reserve river water to the inside of a multipurpose movable weir floodgate(80). A water lever sensor checks an inflow water lever of the river water and transmits a signal to a composite control system. A discharge rate is controlled in order to float contaminant molecules including light specific gravity to the upper part of the river water. Floating wastes are collected by a cotton dusting machine(9000) and is reprocessed by being collected by a conveyor belt(15). Organic matter type suspended solids including the light specific gravity are adsorbed by an absorber(9110) and are reused or are transferred to a sewage disposal plant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
