METHOD FOR OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF PERSYNDESMODIAL FIBULAR FRACTURES IN COMBINATION WITH THE FRACTURE OF TIBIAL POSTERIOR EDGE

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: through the plane of fibular persyndesmodial fracture one should mobilize tibial posterior edge in frontal plane; through longitudinal incision along Achilles' tendon one should mobilize the fragment of tibial posterior fragment in sagittal plane; under visual control one should carry out its open reposition and temporal fixation with two needles; osteosynthesis of tibial posterior edge should be carried out with cannulated screws introduced from the front backwards along earlier inserted needles, then one should perform osteosynthesis of fibular fracture that enables to increase accuracy of reposition and fixation in fragments of tibial posterior edge.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg
