FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating intra-articular lesions of talocrural joint, in case of persyndesmodial fibular fractures in combination with the fracture of anterior tibial bone, especially in delayed terms. Through longitudinal skin incision in projection of the lower fibular third, through the plane of persyndesmodial fracture it is necessary to fulfill the mobilization of distal fibular fragment and lateral department of anterior tibial edge in frontal plane together with anterior tibial-fibular ligament without its partial or complete dissection. Then, through longitudinal incision it is important to mobilize both internal and superior department of anterior tibial fragment in sagittal and frontal planes. Under visual and roentgenological control one should carry out open reposition and temporary fixation of anterior tibial edge with the help of two needles introduced from the front backwards. Osteosynthesis of persyndesmodial fibular fracture should be carried out. The innovation enables to accurately correlate the fracture of anterior tibial edge to carry out its osteosynthesis in correct position, as for fibular osteosynthesis it should be fulfilled at the final stage of surgical interference that doesn't inhibit roentgenological control for the result of anterior tibial edge' reposition.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg, 1 ex
