PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output aligning method which determines the output at present time of each operating facility to enable to the total output request at next time to be realized at the maximum limit in a range of the time change rate restriction calculated from the output of the previous time when the total output request at the present time is given.;SOLUTION: The output aligning method of plural operating facilities to each facility includes calculating the total output possible range of the output sum of the plurality of the operating facilities (13) which can control to output at next control timing from the output of each operating facility at the present control timing, the vertical limit restriction of the output and the output change rate restriction, and determining the output aligning of each operating facility at the next control timing so that the total output margin of the total sum of the output margin of teach operating facility at the sequential control timing from the total output possible range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
