PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a method for easily estimating an environmental load factor emission in a state where a basic building design plan and specifications are determined.;SOLUTION: Components of each part of a building are classified to a "member with a clear relation with part area" and a "member with an unclear relation with part area" based on information obtained by sampling, and these are collected for every constituting part of the building. The environmental load factor emissions for construction of one building is calculated by use of an environmental load estimation equation composed of an equation for determining the environmental load factor emission of each part by multiplying a emission original unit for the " member with a clear relation with part area" by the surface area of each part, and a reclusive equation for determining the environmental load factor emission of each part with information for building scale or specifications for the "member with an unclear relation with part area" as an illustrative variable, and the environmental load of the building is evaluated by using the resulting emission as an environmental load value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
