PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granular food using Denshichi Ginseng, Curcumae Rhizoma and Agkistrodi Fel as raw materials and having rejuvenuating effects. PSOLUTION: The granular food is produced by the following steps: a hot-water extracting and filtering step of charging 30-40 wt.% of the Curcumae Rhizoma and 0.1-10 wt.% of the Agkistrodi Fel into a hot-water extractor, carrying out hot-water extraction and filtering the resultant hot water extracted liquid from the Curcumae Rhizoma and Agkistrodi Fel, a heating step of adding 50-60 wt.% of the raw Denshichi Ginseng which is not heat-treated to the hot-water extracted filtrate of the Curcumae Rhizoma and the Agkistrodi Fel, heating the resultant mixture and producing a mixture liquid of the Curcumae Rhizoma with the Agkistrodi Fel and Denshichi Ginseng, a concentrating/drying/powdering step of further heating the mixture liquid of the Curcumae Rhizoma with the Agkistrodi Fel and Denshichi Ginseng, affording a concentrate, then drying and powdering the concentrate and a granulating step of dissolving the mixed powder and 1-12 wt.% of an excipient, kneading the resultant pasty material, subsequently particulating the kneaded material in a basket, drying the particulate material in a dryer at 70-90C temperature in a cabinet and granulating the resultant material.
