PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To force each learner to perform prescribed learning in an online education system.;SOLUTION: The online education system comprises: an online education server provided with storage parts 22, 23, 24 for respectively storing teaching materials, tests and access states in each learner, transmitting/receiving means 21-6 for transmitting teaching materials and texts to corresponding learner's terminals at the time of receiving accesses from learner's terminals and storing the access states in the storage part, an answer judging means 21-4 for storing the results of answers to the tests which are received from the learner's terminals in the storage part, and an instruction means 21-1 for transmitting instructions for promoting learning to a learner whose access time is the prescribed time and less, judging the holding skill of each learner on the basis of the test results and transmitting instructions for increasing skill to the learner lack of skill; leaner's terminals; and a communication line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
