The image kiyapuchiya device and the high picture quality image transmission method of minding low-speed link

The image receiving device like the personal computer minds the low-speed communication interface like USB interface and forms high picture quality image from the image data which is received from the image kiyapuchiya device. The image data is received to the receiving device with two passes. 1st pass offers the low frequency factor part, 2nd pass offers the high frequency factor part. The factor which displays image dispersion cosine conversion (DCT) executes vis-a-vis pixel block, is formed by compressing the portion of factor. With one execution example, it makes with the frame which is received with 1st pass and the frame match which is received with 2nd pass, it signals to the image kiyapuchiya device which is changed to the compression of the high frequency factor part from compression of the low frequency factor part. With other execution example, the frame which is received with 1st and 2nd pass is housed in the receiving device, is utilized in synchronization of the frame where the key frame is received from each pass.
