PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology to improve the home security of each home by making a neighborhood share abnormal situations which have occurred in the neighborhood.;SOLUTION: When a home collects home security information such as visitor information or abnormality detection information detected by the home, the collected home security information is notified to homes positioned in the neighborhood of the home. Also, a notification condition to instruct the notification of the occurrence of the above mentioned abnormal situations in the neighborhood is preliminarily received from each home, and when the home security information pertinent to this condition is collected, the home security information is notified to the home at the origin of issue of the notification conditions.
