PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing the level of satisfaction of user in which the level of satisfaction of user is calculated directly and continuously from information obtained through measurement in a network.;SOLUTION: IP packets passing through a communication link between a communicator terminal and a WWW server are collected along with the time. IP packets thus acquired are inputted and observed/analyzed in the network thus extracting the factors Xi of dissatisfaction of respective users. The level of satisfaction S of users being calculated according to a function S=f (X1, X2,..., Xi,..., Xn) using the factors Xi of dissatisfaction of users as variables has a numeric value between 0 and 1, wherein value 0 represents satisfactory state, value 1 represents dissatisfactory state, and a value between 0 and 1 represents an intermediate state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
