The massage attachment (1) is for a foot care apparatus with a rotationally driven shaft to which the attachment is coupled. The massage attachment has a single massage head (15) fixed against the rotation of the shaft and deflected by rollers (6-8) driven for rotation to cause the massage movement. The massage head has a cam surface (23) cooperating with the rollers to cause an upward and downward movement of the head.
