SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAILING OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FROM SCHOOL ON CYBER APARTMENT

PURPOSE: A system and a method for mailing official documents received from a school on a cyber apartment are provided to offer the official document received from the school to a user terminal through a private network by building student information as a database and the system linking with the school. CONSTITUTION: A main server(300) builds the data by receiving student information received from the user residing in a preset area and classifying it into each grade/class, and transmits the student information registered in the database. In case that official school document information is received, the main server transmits it to the user terminal(200) installed to each household by confirming a householder with the student information registered to the database. A school server(400) is connected to each teacher terminal(500), constructs the database by receiving the student information transmitted from the main server, transmits the student information to each teacher server, and transmits the official school document information generated from the teacher terminal to the main server.
