SIP-BASED CALL/SESSION REDIRECT METHOD AND A SYSTEM IN A CALL RECEIVING DISABLE STATE, PARTICULARLY IN CONNECTION WITH REDIRECTING A REQUESTED CALL/SESSION TO AN ADDRESS/DESTINATION DESIGNATED BY A SUBSCRIBER

PURPOSE: An SIP-based call/session redirect method and a system in a call receiving disable state are provided to perform a call redirection process based on information about a call receiving disable redirection service of a receiver, when the receiver is registered in the call receiving disable redirection service. CONSTITUTION: A terminal A sends an invite message to an SIP server A(S101). A position server B supplies an address of an SIP serving server B to the SIP server A(S102). The SIP server A transmits the invite message to the SIP serving server B(S103). If a terminal B is registered in a call receiving disable redirection service, the SIP serving server B transceives the invite message(S104). An SIP proxy server B attempts receiving the invite message(S106). If the terminal B does not response to the attempt, the SIP proxy server B supplies a call receiving disable message(S107,S108). An SIP AS decides that a call or a session should be redirected to a terminal C(S110), and generates a new invite message to send the message to the SIP serving server B(S114). The SIP serving server B sends the invite message to an SIP server C(S115,S116). The SIP server C routes the invite message to the terminal C to establish a final call/session(S117).
