摘要

PURPOSE: A method for controlling combining force of synchronizers of a dual-clutch transmission is provided to execute combining motion without excessive force by determining all power demanded for moving synchronizers to a combination position and to supply smooth combination of the synchronizers by using the ascending and descending of actuators crossing a power profile and synchronizer traveling range. CONSTITUTION: In a dual-clutch transmission(10) comprising plural synchronizers(24,74,76,78,80) for combining or separating selectively various gear sets and plural shift actuators proper to move the synchronizers, a method for controlling combining force of the synchronizers is composed of steps for determining force of the level demanded for moving the shift actuators to a pre-decided combination position to execute a combining motion without excessive force; deciding hydraulic pressure corresponding to the force of the determined level; and changing the hydraulic pressure induced to the shift actuators to correspond the induced pressure to the force of the determined level.
