The utility model relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic dentistry and can be used to normalize the height of the bottom of the face, occlusal relationship of dentition and the spatial position of the mandible, as well as correction functional occlusion and determining the required morphological form maxillary anterior teeth in preparation prosthetics of patients with dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). A positive result of the proposed utility model is to improve the design to optimize the treatment of patients with TMJ dysfunction, by increasing the efficiency of rehabilitation measures when using this device -normalization position of the lower jaw and the lower height of the face, functional occlusion, determination and, if necessary, correction of the form of the future designs of dentures restoring worn teeth, the normalization of mental and emotional status. A positive result is achieved in the proposed utility model for treatment of TMJ in the partial absence of abrasion of teeth and with reduced height of the lower of the face further comprises a plastic lining, thereby restoring the shape of erased anterior maxilla. The proposed utility model helps to normalize the height of the lower portion of the face, the spatial position of the mandible, the occlusal relationships of dentition, as well as to the identification and correction of necessary morphological shape of the front teeth of the upper jaw in accordance with the requirements of the individual functional occlusion in the preparation of patients with TMJ dysfunction for prosthetics.
