The device has a guide plate provided for linear and smooth movement of a compensating component (0002) in a guide section (001) along the with the movement of a slider. An additional locking unit (011) is provided in a lower lock (009) to secure the compensating component against displacement. A retainer (003) is connected to the guide section by two retaining clips (005) for centric adjustment. A spring urges the guide plate for moving the compensating component in the guide section. A clamping cone (014) is positioned between the compensating component and an upper lock (008) to clamp a cone (012) and a locking disk (013) to the lower lock by the handle (010). A bolt and a compression spring are used for setting the clamping cone in open or closed position. The upper lock, clamping cone and compensating component are arranged in a positive connection. The guide plate also acts as a stopper to prevent the compensating component from falling off.
