The pit (10) has a seepage hole provided on a base soil and/or a ring through a seepage pipe for collecting rain water. Collecting pipes (15) are arranged between a drain pipe and the pit for indirect connection of the drain pipe. Hydraulics of the collecting pipes are arranged at hydraulics of an outlet. Inlet and outlet volumes of rain water are matched to levels of a canal side within the pit.
