A plate (4) is loosely mounted on top of a lower part (1) with a ball-shaped journal (2). A disc or ball section (7) is located inside the journal and joined via a screw-fit connection to a twist knob (9) on top of the plate. The disc or ball section has a larger cross-section than the opening.
