The meditation stool has an elliptical seat surface (1) which can move in all directions to adapt dynamically to the movement of the body through the rounded lower end of the T-shaped support which widens out underneath the seat surface. The semi-cylindrical support (2) for the instep can be used as a neck rest or knee rest when lying down when the seat part is removed.
