The device has two masses (3) that are moved towards head of a racket by a speed given to the racket when a player strikes a strong stroke, to instantaneously modify equilibrium of the racket. The masses return to a rest position at the end of the strong stroke and remain in a handle position when the player strikes a touch stroke. A guide (2) of the masses is fixed around a frame of the racket.
