Rear steering wheel`s lock controlling method for motor vehicle, involves producing steering lock set point value based on front wheel locking angle, vehicle speed and previous lock value, to asymptotically reject perturbations
The method involves selectively activating a perturbation rejecting block, a positive reaction block and a vehicle dynamic control block. An actual set point value of steering lock of a rear wheel is produced based on front wheel locking angle, vehicle speed and previous set point value of steering lock, to asymptotically reject the perturbations such as variations of exact movement of the tires of a vehicle (1). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle having a system for controlling lock of a rear steering wheel of the vehicle.
