The device has a case (10) with an upstream chamber housing an evaporator (16) for producing refrigerated air flow. A condensate capture unit (86) is placed in a selected location of the case in the downstream of the evaporator. The unit (86) has a series of holding units (88) to capture the condensate droplets. The units (88) define openings (96) between them for the passage of refrigerated air flow.
