The unit (1) has a condensate recovery tank (3) formed on an evaporator (2). A pipeline (7) transports condensates from the tank to an air cooler (6). An electric pump (8) is placed in the pipeline. A contactor is placed in the tank. A decontamination cartridge (9) is integrated in the pipeline between the tank and the pump to decontaminate water in the condensates. A humid filter (12) is placed at an air intake of the air cooler at upstream of a pulsated air generator (11). The tank is equipped with a by-pass valve (4) to direct the condensates towards the cooler.
