PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart braking only to self-traveling of a movable body 1.;SOLUTION: The braking mechanism 5 for the movable body 1 is self-traveling-advanced to a second position OP by urging after manually advanced from a first position CL toward the second position OP until a position beyond an intermediate position N of both positions CL, OP; and is self-traveling-returned to the first position CL by urging after manually returned from the second position OP toward the first position CL until a position beyond the intermediate position N of both positions CL, OP. When the movable body 1 is positioned at the first position CL, a rack formation body 51 is returned and cut by urging in the state that a link part 50 is abutted on one end of a passing part 51b and when the movable body 1 is positioned at the second position OP, the rack formation body 51 is returned and cut by urging in the state that the link part 50 is abutted on the other end of the passing part 51b.
