PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output charge details processing system allowing a customer to know at any time about a detailed output history and counter based charge for any period for an image forming device. PSOLUTION: The output charge details processing system comprises a computer 1, an image forming device 2 and an output charge details processing device 3 connected to communicate with each other through a network 4. The output charge details processing device 3 acquires an output history of the image forming device 2 through the network 4 at any time, aggregates the number of output sheets in each output form for any period for each image forming device 2 based on the output history, calculates a counter based charge from the number of output sheets in each output form, and outputs or keeps in storage the aggregated number of output sheets in each output form and the counter based charge.
