PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MPEG-4 data processor, an MPEG-4 data processing method, and an MPEG-4 data processing program which can greatly reduce a memory usage amount when performing decoding processing of an MPEG-4 file.;SOLUTION: The data processor 100 is provided with an information memory part 11 which stores metadata information and media data information, an index table creation part 22 which creates an index table including address information in the MPEG-4 information memory part 11, a memory 7 which stores the MPEG-4 index table, an index table analysis part 31 which analyzes a position of the MPEG-4 media data information in the MPEG-4 information memory part from the MPEG-4 address information of the MPEG-4 index table obtained from the MPEG-4 memory, and a decoder 5 which obtains the MPEG-4 media data information in the position analyzed in a condition not expanded on the MPEG-4 memory 7, and performs decoding processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
