PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business modeling support method and a business modeling support program, capable of supporting business modeling optimizing enterprise activity.;SOLUTION: This business modeling support method includes: a function model production process (S101) extracting a functional constituent element (a function unit) constituting the enterprise activity, and investigating arrangement of the extracted function unit, combination or a realization means of the function; a hierarchizing/detailing process (S102) hierarchically detailing contents of each the extracted/investigated function unit, and extracting the function unit of a detailed practical business level; a business event extraction process (S103) extracting various business events in the enterprise activity; a process model production process (S104) modeling a business execution process in each the extracted business event, and calculating a required time and required cost of the process; an organization model production process (S105) modeling a new organization system for executing business; and a monitoring process (S106) monitoring the extracted function unit, or the modeled business execution process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
