A business model made by a general-purpose drawing software application is verified, and a defective part is reported to the business model creator. A model structure analyzing means (3) analyzes a business model chart (1), judges the type of each constituent element of the business model chart (1), and creates a model structure indicative of the relation among the constituent elements. A verifying means (4) selects at least a part of the constituent elements as an element (1a) to be verified. Subsequently, a verification rule corresponding to the type of the selected element (1a) is extracted from among verification rules in which conditions which must be satisfied by the constituent elements of the business model chart (1) are preset, and conformity of the selected element (1a) to the extracted verification rule is verified. When the selected element (1a) is judged to be unconformable by the verifying means (4), a verification result display means (5) displays a position to be operated in order to solve the unconformity of the selected element (1a) to the verification rule.
