PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a same screening result as that obtained by performing for normal cells, from cells replaced by the normal cells obtained from the tissue of a healthy person.;SOLUTION: The subject method for using vital tissue cells in a cell-based assay system for medicine development screening comprises a step STEP 1 for preparing a substrate which can receive compounds and contains the vital tissue cells obtained by culturing and differentiating stem cells separated from a body fluid in prescribed culture conditions, a step STEP 2 for charging a compound into the substrate to bring the compound into contact with the vital tissue cells to interact in the substrate, and a step STEP 3 for detecting the activity of the compound interacted by the vital tissue cells in the substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
