PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telegraphic message communication method and a telegraphic message communication apparatus capable of surely preventing an illegitimate act against a telegraphic message without the need for a complicated configuration such as special purpose software or the like for tight encryption and authentication systems.;SOLUTION: A sender side telegraphic message communication apparatus 2 (1) attaches validity information denoting a validity to a desired message, encrypts error detection information of the message attached with the validity information, stores the message attached with the validity information and the encrypted error detection information to a telegraphic message, and transmits the telegraphic message to the telegraphic message communication apparatus 1 (2) via a LAN 5. Then the receiver side telegraphic message communication apparatus 1(2) receives the telegraphic message from the telegraphic message communication apparatus 2 (1) via the LAN 5, confirms the effectiveness of the telegraphic message on the basis of the validity information and inspects the presence/absence of the validity of the telegraphic message on the basis of the error detection information resulting from decrypting the encrypted error detection information stored in the telegraphic message.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
